Urban Action Academy's schedule was created with the social and academic needs of teenagers in mind. Some special features of our schedule are:

• Core academic periods early in the day.
• Early dismissal on Thursday so that teachers can engage in professional development.
• A period devoted to advisory where students spend time developing skills and building school community.
