Appeal Round

  1. If you have received a high school placement but would prefer to attend Urban Action Academy, fill out an appeal form and give it to your guidance counselor by May 10th. If you are having any difficulties, please contact us.

Second Round

  1. Ask your guidance counselor for a "New High School Choice Form"
  2. List "Urban Action Academy" as your first choice (our program code is L50A)
  3. Submit the form to your guidance counselor on time
