Bio

I am delighted to share some information about myself with you. I have been in the teaching profession since 1986, and I  have been teaching English ever since, at different levels of the educational ladder, high school and tertiary-teachers' college. I  have been perfecting my teaching skills for the past twenty years with the New York City Department of Education. Over these years, I have been teaching grades nine through twelve, particularly preparing students for the English Regents Examination. In addition, I taught Advanced Placement English Language and Composition for most of those years. As the years go by and with my noticing what is happening in society, I am more convinced everyday that a solid education is what all students need. Getting all students to value education is my ultimate dream.
